The Musterfield at Concord Place

The Musterfield at Concord Place formally Pearl Harbor Family Housing Development was built after World War II to provide housing for war veterans and their families. The complex consists of 110 units in 15 Buildings and a community center managed by the Framingham Housing Authority.

The project scope of work included the complete gut rehabilitation of all 110 units and the community center. Additions were added to each unit expanding the kitchen and living space while the existing apartments received all new plumbing, heating, electrical and interior finishes. The complex also received new concrete entrances, sidewalks, color stamped concrete patios, metal fencing enclosures, underground utilities, paved roadways, landscaping including masonry piers and fencing, and a new playground & water park. The project was completed in 5 phases on an occupied site.
