Boston Building & Bridge Corp. served as the general contractor for the renovations and restoration of the Historic Town Hall Annex and School Administration Buildings for the Town of Belmont. The buildings were renovated to accomodate modern offices and other municipal functions. While the exterior of the annex was carefully preserved, the interior is completely new construction which allows adequate office space and full handicap accessibility. The School Administration Building was completely restored on the exterior and renovated on the interior to meet current building standards. In addition, the entire Town Hall campus was made more pedestrian friendly and accessible. The three building complex was integrated by new granite paver roadway that extended to each building entrance surrounded by newly landscaped grounds.
